What you’ll do: Perform microbiological testing and interpret results, complete related reporting and documentation.Collect samples throughout the processing facility and monitor product quality using instruments such as HPLC, moisture analyzer, pH meter, and NIR test equipment.Calibrate, verify, and maintain lab equipment; prepare test solutions and instruments.Monitor and manage lab inventory, and ensure procedures are updated and followed.Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment and promote safety across lab operations.Train team members on sampling techniques and the proper use of lab equipment.Perform other duties as assigned.Who you’ll work with:The Team: You will report to the Quality Assurance & Environmental Manager and work closely with others on a team that values precision, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.Why it matters:We help grow Western Canadian communities through our commitment to purchase local grain and starch inputs to produce ethanol and dried distillers grain (DDG).
