Learn more about us by visiting our webpage.Position overview:As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met. This is a permanent, full-time role and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time. What we offer you:$70,000 - $100,000 annual base earnings based on experience + an attractive bonus programEmployer-funded health, dental, and vision benefits (starting on day one) with additional healthcare spending accountRRSP program + employer matchingGenerous time off policies including attractive paid vacation programs, 7 paid personal days per year, + 1 paid volunteer day per yearEducation assistance program, LinkedIn learning access, + mentorship + professional development opportunitiesWhat you will do:Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluationsStaying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clientsBuilding relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommendedCollaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone callsWhat we are looking for:A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology programUnrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standingWorking knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experienceAn excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team membersComfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient-centric education to clients to ensure product adoptionExperience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not requiredTo join us on our journey in providing Wonderful Sound for All, click the "Apply Now" buttonHearCANADA acknowledges that this posting represents a current, existing vacancy.
