Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful patient relationships.Your Role & Impact: Develop and execute personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Work collaboratively with other rehab professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. Evaluate and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Document patient sessions and recommendations using e-charting software. Manage a diverse caseload, providing exceptional care to every client.
