Our team of highly disciplined and dedicated multidisciplinary clinicians works collaboratively to ensure clients receive the most well‑rounded treatment possible to recover quickly, effectively, and safely. Your impact Develop personalized, evidence‑informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient‑centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned). Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Utilize modern tools, including e‑charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow. Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self‑management strategies. Are you the right fit? Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. Professional liability insurance (as required). Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient‑first mindset. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
