We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies. Crafted Highlights:In the role of Customer Coordinator working in the Atlantic you will be part of the Sales Enablement Team, a branch of the Commercial Operations Team.  This position will support the Atlantic sales team, reporting into the Sales Enablement Manager to ensure the flawless execution of all sales activities in Atlantic. They will ensure all avenues of launches and projects are complete, timely and accurate by maintaining regular communication with cross functional teams, as well as with the Atlantic Sales Team leads.  What You’ll Be Brewing:Maintain monthly promotion communications with internal stakeholders and update promo calendarEnsure all avenues of launches and projects are complete, timely and accurate, working closely with cross functional teams to enable brilliant sales executionSupport Atlanctic Sales Managers & KAM’s with customer reporting, budget reconciliation and ad-hoc business development, product registration and liquor board requirementsCreate and maintain a library of executional processes/checklists and work closely with cross functional teams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Deployment) to enable sustainable brilliant executionSupport in ad-hoc initiatives such as new channel development/e-commerce Key Ingredients:You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (2+ years) in the field of sales operationsYou have at least 2 years experience in sales and/or project managementYou possess strong organization, analytical thought and project management skillsProficiency in MS Office, Excel and Power PointPossess strong attention to detailExperience working on projects with cross functional teams preferredAbility to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment and able to prioritize multiple projectsYou love a challenge.
