Description :Relevant du Vice-président- Gouvernance et Centres d’excellence TI, le titulaire agit à titre d’expert-conseil supportant la vice-présidence dans la mise en place et le suivi de la gouvernance des technologies de l’information afin d’optimiser sa valeur et sa performance. Sa mission est de soutenir la prise de décision exécutive en apportant une vision intégrée des enjeux technologiques et organisationnels.Il fournit un soutien logistique à l’ensemble des vice-présidents et à la vice-présidente exécutive, et les conseille dans le cadre des mandats prioritaires, ainsi qu’à la mise en œuvre et le suivi des orientations stratégiques en gouvernance des technologies de l’information. Il contribue par le fait même à la mise en place et à l’évolution du bureau du CIO (BCIO) en assurant la cohérence des processus de gouvernance.Son rôle vise également à renforcer l’alignement entre les affaires et les TI, à assurer une transparence accrue via des tableaux de bord stratégiques, et à promouvoir une gouvernance moderne et proactive qui positionne la Vice-présidence exécutive- Performance d’affaires TI comme un acteur de premier plan pour la création de valeur durable pour l’organisation.Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :1. Accompagnement stratégique du vice-présidentPréparer et soutenir le vice-président dans ses rôles de gouvernance et de représentation (comités exécutifs, instances TI, Comité de direction et instances du conseil d’administration).Élaborer des analyses, recommandations et synthèses stratégiques pour orienter la prise de décision.Agir comme conseiller de confiance dans la réflexion sur les grandes orientations TI.2. Pilotage de la gouvernance TI et du BCIOContribuer à la définition, la mise en place et l’évolution du modèle BCIO, en assurant la cohérence des processus de gouvernance et des mécanismes de suivi.Suivre la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques TI et proposer des ajustements au besoin.3. Tableaux de bord et indicateurs stratégiquesDévelopper et maintenir des tableaux de bord exécutifs pour assurer une reddition de compte claire, transparente et orientée vers la valeur. Ex : (coûts, ressources, risques, désuétude, consommation infonuagique, disponibilité des systèmes, etc.).4. Alignement affaires–technologiesAppuyer le VP afin de s’assurer que les décisions technologiques répondent aux priorités d’affaires et aux ambitions de l’organisation.Collaborer avec les directions TI, l’architecture d’entreprise, la cybersécurité (et les portefeuilles d’affaires pour assurer la cohérence.5. Vigie et amélioration continueAssurer une veille sur les meilleures pratiques en gouvernance TI dans un modèle BCIO.Proposer des améliorations continues au modèle de gouvernance et aux pratiques de pilotage du BCIO.Vos talents et qualifications :Baccalauréat en informatique, en administration des affaires ou l’équivalentDix (10) ans d’expérience pertinente en TI dont, cinq (5) années consacrées à la participation à des mandats stratégiques en conseils TIExpérience en participation et présentation à des tribunes exécutivesMaîtrise avancée de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maîtrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise#LI-Hybrid#LI-JD1#S1
