Minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime necessary during the busy season (April-October)Hourly rate is dependent on experience.Health benefits, pension plan, RRSP matching, vacation pay offered.Job Description:Interpret electrical code specifications.Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.Maintain, repair, install and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators and reactors.Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices.Experience and Certification Requirements:Journeyman Electrician Certification or equivalent is required.Master Electrician would be preferred.At least 2-3 years working as an Journey Level Electrician or equivalent experience required.Arial Work Platform Certification.Fall Arrest Certification.H2S Alive.CSTS 2020, and WHMIS 2015 are required.You are able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) 9-23 Kg.Arial Work Platform Certification.Fall Protection & Rescue, Aerial Platform, Confined Spaces, Rigging/Hoisting and Hand. Signals, and First Aid/CPR certification would be an asset.You have a safety conscious attitude and able to work with others in a team.A reliable means of transportation is required.Proficient English language skills required.Education: Journeyman Certification of equivalent.Go ahead and be yourself.
