About the Role

BEC Electric is looking for a highly experienced Journeyman Electrician to handle residential and commercial electrical work across the Greater Edmonton Area.

This role is ideal for someone who works independently, takes pride in clean and code-compliant work, and wants a long-term position with a stable, professional company.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Residential and commercial electrical installations and service work

  • Troubleshooting and repairs

  • Ensuring all work meets Canadian Electrical Code requirements

  • Communicating professionally with customers and team members

- Maintaining clean and safe job sites

  • Leading jobs when required

What We're Looking For

  • Alberta Journeyman Electrician Certificate

  • 7-10+ years of experience

  • Strong residential and commercial experience

  • Solid knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code

  • Ability to work independently without supervision

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Professional, reliable, and safety-focused

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting at $38-$40/hour based on experience

  • Company truck provided

  • Possible raise after 3 months

  • Benefits package (after 3 months)

  • Full-time, permanent position

  • Steady work year-round
