Summary:The Golf Shop Attendant provides excellent customer service by acting as the friendly first point of contact for golfers while supporting the overall golf operations experience.Responsibilities: Key duties include operating the POS system, managing reservations, balancing cash, merchandising, opening/closing procedures and communicate with management.Greet customers entering the establishment. The ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally.Answer customers' questions and offer direction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Processing cash, credit, and debit card transactions.Data Entry and documentation.Maintain a clean and orderly golf shop area inside and outside. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
