JOB DESCRIPTION OncologistLocation: Ottawa, ONAlta Vista Animal Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, is welcoming a Board-eligible or Board-certified Veterinary Oncologist (permanent, full-time) to join our collaborative team. We have a great group of veterinarians who support each other and work collaboratively as a team.A full suite of on-site diagnostic imaging includes a Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice CT, .25T Vet MR MRI, Pulsera Fluoroscopy unit, Philips ultrasound and echocardiogram, Karl Storz endoscope, and two Sound digital radiograph suites.In summer 2025, we will be moving into a two-level, 52,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced diagnostic imaging technologies, including CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, Radiology, Echocardiogram, and Ultrasound. This new center will offer comprehensive emergency and specialty services. Featuring 159 parking spaces and seven operating theaters, it is designed to meet the growing needs of Ottawa’s pet population.
