This role is crucial for ensuring every passenger enjoys a secure, impeccably clean, and consistently pleasant travel experience.We're looking for a highly capable and experienced driver who is meticulously organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely customer-focused, with an enthusiasm for emerging technologies.$500 Sign-on bonusAs a Vehicle Operator, you'll:Utilize advanced vehicle and accessibility technologies to provide complimentary transportation services within Grand Rapids and its neighboring communities, specifically targeting residents of Cohasset, Deer River, and Ball Club.Engage regularly with passengers and the operational team.Offer insights to enhance vehicle comfort, aesthetics, and the overall passenger journey.Conduct daily safety inspections of vehicles.Maintain the cleanliness of vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.Perform other related duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license3+ years of driving experience with an impeccable driving recordComfortable operating vehicles equipped with advanced technologyCapable of lifting up to 30 lbs routinelyAble to assist individuals in wheelchairs, including pushing them up ramps and into vehiclesPossesses a systematic and process-driven approachHighly organized and adept at documenting daily summariesMaintains composure and effectiveness in demanding situationsA background in electronics, mechanical systems, or computing is a plusCommitment: This is a part-time, ongoing contract position, managed by HireArt, and located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
