As a personable, professional, and collaborative individual, you build strong relationships with Appraisal Firms and Appraisers. You proactively manage appraisal orders to reduce turnaround times and streamline communication by reviewing orders needing to be prioritized, by updating the systems and by making outbound calls. In keeping the processes moving efficiently, you help expedite in-progress appraisals and deliver an exceptional experience for both our Appraisers and Clients.Areas of ownershipIn this role, you will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of appraisal orders, ensuring they move forward smoothly and efficiently. Keeping orders on track by working closely with Appraisal Firms and Appraisers to confirm appointments are scheduled and reports are completed within agreed timelines.Gathering the right information to ensure Appraisers have everything they need to complete their orders without delay.Communicating clearly and often by updating portal notes with the latest actions taken and progress made, keeping clients informed at every step.Building strong partnerships with Appraisal Firms and Appraisers, reinforcing RPS as a reliable and trusted partner.Driving progress through outreach by making proactive calls to Appraisers and Lenders to collect necessary details and documentation.Seeking continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance your own performance.Making the most of available tools to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.Supporting the team by participating in other Success Team initiatives as needed.Experience, Skills & KnowledgeCustomer Obsessed You understand our appraisers and clients, anticipate their needs and strive to exceed expectationsInterpersonal Skills You develop and maintain positive and constructive relationships Active listening skills You seek to understand and are open to feedbackCritical thinker You think differently to creatively resolve challenges and determine the best course of actionTechnology You easily learn new systems and are very comfortable working with Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Outlook, and Excel)Education High School, College or UniversityExperience - at least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment Bilingual - (written and verbal) in French and English Other Information:Work Status: Full-time roleLocation: In-Office (Montreal) or GTA CanadaHybrid role: Candidates are expected to work onsite a minimum of three (3) days per week.Reporting to: Manager, Appraiser Success TeamHours Worked: 40 hours per week, daytime or evening shiftRPS Real Property Solutions - Spcialiste du service la clientle, valuateurs(bilingue)3Nous sommes le principal fournisseur canadien de solutions immobilires externalises, notamment en matire d'valuation immobilire, de veille conomique et de services lis aux prts hypothcaires. Vous grez de manire proactive les demandes d'valuation afin de rduire les dlais d'excution et de rationaliser la communication en examinant les commandes devant tre priorises, en mettant jour les systmes et en effectuant des appels. En veillant au bon droulement des processus, vous contribuez acclrer les valuations en cours et offrir une exprience exceptionnelle nos valuateurs et nos clients.Domaines de responsabilit ce poste, vous serez responsable de l'ensemble des demandes d'valuation en cours, en veillant ce qu'elles se droulent de manire fluide et efficace.Les principales responsabilits comprennent :Assurer le bon droulement des demandes en travaillant en troite collaboration avec les cabinets d'valuation et les valuateurs afin de confirmer que les rendez-vous sont pris et que les rapports sont raliss dans les dlais convenus.Recueillir les informations ncessaires pour s'assurer que les valuateurs disposent de tout ce dont ils ont besoin pour raliser leurs dossiers sans dlai.Communiquer clairement et rgulirement en mettant jour les notes du portail avec les dernires mesures prises et les progrs raliss, afin de tenir les clients informs chaque tape.tablir des partenariats solides avec les cabinets d'valuation et les valuateurs, en renforant la rputation de RPS en tant que partenaire fiable et digne de confiance.Favoriser les progrs en communiquant de manire proactive avec les valuateurs et les prteurs afin de recueillir les informations et les documents ncessaires.Rechercher l'amlioration continue en identifiant les possibilits de rationaliser les processus et d'amliorer vos propres performances.Tirer le meilleur parti des outils disponibles pour accomplir les tches de manire efficace et efficiente.Soutenir l'quipe en participant d'autres initiatives de l'quipe selon les besoins.Exprience, comptences et connaissancesObsession du client Vous comprenez nos valuateurs et nos clients, anticipez leurs besoins et vous efforcez de dpasser leurs attentesComptences interpersonnelles Vous dveloppez et entretenez des relations positives et constructives Capacit d'coute active Vous cherchez comprendre et tes ouvert aux commentairesEsprit critique Vous pensez diffremment pour rsoudre les dfis de manire crative et dterminer la meilleure ligne de conduiteTechnologie Vous apprenez facilement utiliser de nouveaux systmes et vous tes trs l'aise avec Microsoft Office (principalement Word, Outlook et Excel).Formation tudes secondaires, collgiales ou universitaires.Exprience Au moins 1 an d'exprience en service la clientle dans un centre d'appels.
