Purpose of the role:

This role serves as a vital liaison between our Property Appraisers and Clients, ensuring both are positioned for success. As a personable, professional, and collaborative individual, you build strong relationships with Appraisal Firms and Appraisers. You proactively manage appraisal orders to reduce turnaround times and streamline communication by reviewing orders needing to be prioritized, by updating the systems and by making outbound calls. In keeping the processes moving efficiently, you help expedite in-progress appraisals and deliver an exceptional experience for both our Appraisers and Clients.

Areas of ownership
  • In this role, you will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of appraisal orders, ensuring they move forward smoothly and efficiently.
  • Keeping orders on track by working closely with Appraisal Firms and Appraisers to confirm appointments are scheduled and reports are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Gathering the right information to ensure Appraisers have everything they need to complete their orders without delay.
  • Communicating clearly and often by updating portal notes with the latest actions taken and progress made, keeping clients informed at every step.
  • Building strong partnerships with Appraisal Firms and Appraisers, reinforcing RPS as a reliable and trusted partner.
  • Driving progress through outreach by making proactive calls to Appraisers and Lenders to collect necessary details and documentation.
  • Seeking continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance your own performance.
  • Making the most of available tools to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Supporting the team by participating in other Success Team initiatives as needed.

  • Hybrid role: Candidates are expected to work onsite a minimum of three (3) days per week.

Objectif du poste
  • Ce poste sert de liaison essentielle entre nos évaluateurs immobiliers et nos clients, garantissant ainsi la réussite des deux parties. En tant que personne avenante, professionnelle et collaborative, vous travaillez pour établir des relations solides avec les cabinets d'évaluation et les évaluateurs. Vous gérez de manière proactive les demandes d'évaluation afin de réduire les délais d'exécution et de rationaliser la communication en examinant les commandes devant être priorisées, en mettant à jour les systèmes et en effectuant des appels. En veillant au bon déroulement des processus, vous contribuez à accélérer les évaluations en cours et à offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos évaluateurs et à nos clients.

  • À ce poste, vous serez responsable de l'ensemble des demandes d'évaluation en cours, en veillant à ce qu'elles se déroulent de manière fluide et efficace.
Les principales responsabilités comprennent:
  • Assurer le bon déroulement des demandes en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les cabinets d'évaluation et les évaluateurs afin de confirmer que les rendez-vous sont pris et que les rapports sont réalisés dans les délais convenus.
  • Recueillir les informations nécessaires pour s'assurer que les évaluateurs disposent de tout ce dont ils ont besoin pour réaliser leurs dossiers sans délai.
  • Communiquer clairement et régulièrement en mettant à jour les notes du portail avec les dernières mesures prises et les progrès réalisés, afin de tenir les clients informés à chaque étape.
  • Établir des partenariats solides avec les cabinets d'évaluation et les évaluateurs, en renforçant la réputation de RPS en tant que partenaire fiable et digne de confiance.
  • Favoriser les progrès en communiquant de manière proactive avec les évaluateurs et les prêteurs afin de recueillir les informations et les documents nécessaires.
  • Rechercher l'amélioration continue en identifiant les possibilités de rationaliser les processus et d'améliorer vos propres performances.
  • Tirer le meilleur parti des outils disponibles pour accomplir les tâches de manière efficace et efficiente.
