Job Description — Operations & Production Intern (Summer, Full-Time) Location: Forest Hill, Toronto, ONCompensation: $20,000–$30,000 total summer earnings (hourly + performance bonuses)Employment Type: Full-Time · Seasonal (May–August)Department: Operations About the Role We are hiring a motivated, organized, and energetic individual to join our team as an Operations & Production Intern for the Summer 2026 season.This role is perfect for someone looking to gain real management experience, learn how to run job sites, lead crews, and deliver high-quality results for clients in the Forest Hill / Cedarvale / Eglinton community. You will work directly with the Branch Manager to coordinate residential painting projects, manage a small team, ensure job quality, and create an excellent client experience. No previous painting experience required — we provide full training.
