Advantages- Compensation: Earn a rate of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on your experience.- Shift: Day shift from Monday to Friday.- Location: Concord, ON- Employment Type: Opportunity for long-term, stable work.- Opportunities for training and advancement within the company.Responsibilities- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures, strictly adhering to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.- Inspect parts and finished products for defects and quality compliance, reporting any issues to the supervisor.- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all health and safety regulations.- Perform basic machine operation and adjustments as required for the assembly process.- Track production data, including units assembled and time spent, accurately filling out necessary documentation.- Assist with inventory management, including counting and kitting components for assembly.- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.Qualifications- Previous experience as an assembler in a manufacturing or production environment.- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, or work instructions.- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small components and tools.- Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality.- A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.- High school diploma or equivalent is required.SummaryWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
