We need a Site Lead that is driven, knowledgeable and eager to join our team and make things happen.As a Site Lead, you are responsible for:Safely managing day-to-day operations of refinery process, finished fuels, and water treatment programs to ensure performance and value delivery for our customersDeveloping trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to promote collaborationApplying account management fundamentals to understand customer needs, requirements and potential sales opportunities while supporting the account P&LIdentifying and coordinating numerous projects of varying complexity to bring value to our customersRoutine monitoring and reporting of performance of existing treatment programsCollaborating with team members to drive technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customersCollecting and interpreting data for troubleshooting, service reports, meetings, reviews, and presentations delivered to customersProviding field support, laboratory analysis and technical guidance for our customers on issues, projects, turn-arounds, shut-downs, and daily operationsManaging chemical inventories and deliveries at the customer locationFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have:Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (preferred) or similar disciplineMinimum of 5 years’ experience in Downstream chemical process treatment programsStrong understanding of industrial chemical treatment technology and sales processStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsPrevious experience working in a laboratory setting and/or familiarity with analytical methods and interpretationA comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and refinery market conditionsAbility to present complex technical content to various levels of internal and external organizations, in a clear and concise mannerProficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Ability to drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.• This role is a full-time on-site position in Sarnia, ONWorking with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
