Develops the optical skills of others and creates an effective learning environment. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCommitment to providing unsurpassed Customer ServiceProactive & solution driven, accurate execution & product knowledgeAssists customers with selections, provides recommendations & educates on adjustment servicesPatient & courteous with indecisive customers; provides answers to questions or productsIs a leader in optical acumen that provides a voice for associates due to their expertiseUnder the Supervision of a Licensed OpticianRecords measurements, adjusts/fits eyewear correctly, ensure it meets customer needsOperates the Point of Sale terminal inputting customer and prescription information with accuracy and attention to detail.Takes pride in appearance of the store & visual displays BASIC QUALIFICATIONSCurrently enrolled in Opticianry programOptical dispensing experienceKnowledge of current optical theory and merchandiseKnowledge of current store merchandise assortment and use of Inventory management systems.Strong communicator and listenerSales skills – ability to use and carry a IPAD / tabletComfortable with use of technology to engage patients, customers and associates. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSActively studying LensCrafters Final Inspector CertificationActively studying LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting ProgramPrevious experience in customer service and retailPay Range:   - 0.00 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
