Maintains accurate records of patient transportation and vehicle servicing e.g. records for gas, minor repairs, or servicing. Schedules regular mechanical tune-up with authorized service shop. Keeps all vehicles used for patient transportation services well maintained and clean. Cleans off snow or debris from Parkland or resident owned vehicles as required. Inspects workspace regularly for hazards. Assists with snow removal on walkways. Assists in the maintenance of our grounds and garden. About You In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring: A high-school diploma or equivalent education Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Chauffeur Transportation of Dangerous Goods training is required A clean driving record with a Class F Driver’s license is required Ability to provide a clear Driver’s abstract Current First Aid & CPR certification is required Knowledge of the federal, provincial and municipal safety and traffic laws and regulations A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
