This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy and emerging technologies, serving as the primary finance partner to the Vice President of Platform Strategy. You will help define and measure the value of Autodesk’s Platform and AI initiatives, translating complex innovation into financial insights that drive strategic decision making. This is a high visibility role with exposure to senior leaders, offering the opportunity to directly shape our long-term growth trajectory.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and articulate a company wide financial value proposition for platform investmentsBuild and maintain business models and forecasts for emerging initiatives in AI, including industry specific foundation models, assistants, agents, and LLM applicationsDefine and track KPIs tied to platform and AI impacts on Autodesk’s product growth and revenueLead corporate planning deliverables under the purview of the CTO, ensuring clarity and alignment across business and finance stakeholdersProvide data backed narratives for executive audiencesMinimum Qualifications10+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting with a focus on strategy or technologyProven ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional leaders, including senior executivesUnderstanding and interest in emerging AI technologiesAdvanced financial modeling skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for distilling complexity into executive ready insightsMBA or equivalent advanced degree a plusLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $123,700 and $170,060. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
