Enjoy a 3-day weekend every single week.Total Rewards: Comprehensive health benefits and 2 weeks of vacation after just 4 months.Wealth Building: 3% RRSP matching program kicks in after your first year.Consistency: Reliable hours in a shop environment with overtime opportunities availableResponsibilitiesSystem Assembly: Support the fabrication of sophisticated jacketed piping utilizing P&ID and GA drawings.Blueprint Execution: Accurately read and interpret technical drawings to ensure exact fitment.Integrity Testing: Lead and assist in critical hydrostatic pressure testing protocols to ensure system safety.Heavy Fabrication: Perform threading, beveling, and heavy lifting in a fast-paced shop environment.Skid Integration: Install high-precision valves, instrumentation, and structural supports.QualificationsApprenticeship: Must be a currently registered 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Year Pipefitter Apprentice.Technical Literacy: Strong ability to read blueprints and a command of the English language for clear site communication.Testing Experience: Previous experience with hydro-testing is highly preferred.Component Knowledge: Familiarity with stud/gasket sizing and Victaulic seating/alignment.Physical Capability: This is a demanding role; you must be comfortable with hard, heavy manual labor and repetitive lifting.Precision Mindset: Proven ability to follow strict torque patterns and bolt-up sequences for leak-free results.SummaryThis role is for those who show up on time, work hard, and respect the craft.
