Description OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst will take the lead role in supporting operations on business and financial analysis as well as leading the overall Business Plan and Guidance processes for Alberta Communities, at the consolidated Calgary/Edmonton and Alberta levels. This includes preparing reporting and analysis for management, preparing reporting to BRPI, preparing Partnership packages for both internal and external review, as well as ad hoc analysis as required. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will help model various scenarios required for operations, including existing project and future acquisitions.Your Key DeliverablesForecasting/ModellingMonthly guidance process including preparing, consolidating and reviewingProvide recommendations to Alberta Executive/Ops leadership on guidance, including identifying and communicating risks and opportunities to achievingPrepare, consolidate and review AB Executive Summary and other key Quarterly analysisPreparing sensitivity and scenario analysis as requiredPreparing project DCFsProcess improvement on guidance process and systems utilizationAssist with forecasting enhancement projects & data management within forecasting software/tools (ex.
