Description :About the ProgramThe Enterprise Finance Early Talent Programs team supports the various Early Talent programs in Finance including Internship / co-op programs, Finance and Accounting (CPA) program, and the Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (Graduate) program. The team interlocks with leaders across Finance, Treasury, and HR to recruit, develop, train, and retain strong Finance professionals. The team also supports the Learning & Development portfolio for Finance Colleagues in partnership with HR. Our vision is to cement the brand of Finance at TD as world class financial experts who enable better business outcomes with key focus on providing strategic advice to business partners, fostering a rewarding colleague experience and championing for innovation & change.About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Early Talent & Development plays a vital role in designing and delivering Early Talent programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent, with a focus on our Finance Associate Program (CPA Pre-approved), TBSM Associate Program, and Internship/Co-op Programs. You will also oversee the development and implementation of our colleague Learning & Development strategy including the onboarding journey, ensuring that new hires and existing colleagues are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. Reporting to the AVP, Finance Business Management & Early Talent, the Senior Manager ensures the success of Early Talent Programs and colleague L&D. The ideal candidate is a seasoned people leader who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about talent development and campus engagement, with the proven ability to balance multiple competing tasks and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful individual will be responsible for:Develop and execute strategic plans for Early Talent Programs, including the Finance Associate Program (CPA), TBSM Associate Program, and Internship/Co-op ProgramsPartner with external stakeholders, including CPAO and Universities to attract top talent and build relationships with key partnersCollaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop targeted programs to address themManage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful program deliveryAnalyze program metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and measure program effectivenessDesign and deliver learning and development initiatives that support the growth and development of early talent, including leadership development, skills training, and rotational assignmentsCollaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver high-quality learning experiencesJob Requirements What You Need to SucceedWe’re proud to work with a group of diverse colleagues.
