Job Description Responsibilities include:Supports operations, engineering, product management and customer facing teams as needed.Maintains accurate master data and bills-of-materials for new and existing products in Oracle Agile PLM.Creation and maintenance of documentation (ECO/MCO/ECR etc.) in Oracle Agile PLM.Data integrity support of pre-production builds in manufacturing.Review BOM, AML/AVL and change orders in Oracle Agile PLM system ensuring accuracy.Works with design, procurement, quality and manufacturing teams to apply a structured change management approach and methodology to implement product changes to manufacturing with an optimal solution for quality, raw material cost, labor cost and time to market.Interdepartmental & multi-site communication to implement change orders and product EOL.Phase in/out of product BOM and EOL management to minimize impact to business while considering influencing factors like scrap cost, labor cost, quality and time lines.Supports continuous improvement to product design, component selection and manufacturability.Performs data validation across PLM, ERP, MES and quality systems.Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or certification in a relevant field such as Electrical or Mechanical engineering.Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.Organized and detail oriented.Strong problem-solving skills.Understanding of BOM structure and AML/AVL.Understanding of change management processes.Understanding of circuit board manufacturing processes and camera like mechanical assembly processes including work order management in ERP.Understanding of procurement requirements and raw material BOM cost optimization.Ability to use Microsoft Office Products such as Word and Excel or equivalent software.Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:Hands on experience using Oracle Agile PLM in a manufacturing environment.Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 CADConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
