**Role overview**

We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist with 6-8 years of experience specializing in Flex PLM and/ or Bamboo Rose PLM to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and enhancing PLM systems that drive our product lifecycle management processes ensuring efficiency and innovation in our product development cycles.

**What you’ll do**
- Be responsible for the development and implementation of new features within the Flex PLM and Bamboo Rose PLM platforms to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for PLM improvements and integrations.
- Design, code, test, and deploy software updates and new functionalities ensuring dedication and responsiveness.
- Provide technical guidance in the optimization of PLM processes through automation and customization.
- Fix and resolve issues within the PLM environment ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations customizations and integrations.
- Stay abreast of the latest PLM technologies and standard processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all development activities.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Mentor junior engineers sharing knowledge and standard processes in PLM development.

**What you bring to the role**
- Must have extensive experience with Flex PLM and/ or Bamboo Rose PLM.
- Consistent track record of successful PLM system implementations and enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superb communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is essential.
- Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development in PLM technologies.
