This combination makes Dyno Nobel a terrific place to work.What You’ll DoThe Delivery Driver, you will provide customers with on-time delivery of the product that is consistently within contract specifications in the Flin Flon MB area, as well as ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction with respect to both product and service within a safe working environment. Other duties will include:Deliver quality products, on time to our customers as ordered.Accurately and fully complete all required documentation and reports within time requirements.Ensure that delivery trucks are in good mechanical condition for the safe delivery and storage of explosive materials.Support vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair.Correctly use workplace hazard controls and PPE when exposed to hazardous materials, environments, and procedures.Comply with all regulatory, health and safety requirements and support the HSE Performance Standards in order to ensure personal safety and the safety of all employees, company assets, and the environment.Participate in safety meetings, read safety documents (safety alerts, emergency plans, etc.) and report all accidents, incidents, and precautionary concerns (i.e. weather & road conditions, truck conditions, and customer issues) immediately.Make certain that all regulations, both federally (Explosives Act, Bulk Regulations, WHIMIS) and provincially (OHSA) are adhered to within the operation in regards to personnel workings, product storage, and product transportation.Attend specified training & development, and maintain required certifications.What We’re Looking For:Grade 12 DiplomaMust have a Class 1 or 3 - Valid DZ Driver License Some mechanical knowledgeStrong customer service orientation, interpersonal and communication skillsHighly self-disciplined and able to work unsupervisedStrong capabilities in multi-tasking and prioritizingProven analytical and problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team playerWhat We Offer:Vacation time + paid holidaysHealth Care + Life insurance + AD&DRRSP + RPP (after 1 year of continuous employment)Employee Assistance ProgramFriendly and supportive coworkersZero Harm for Everyone EverywhereValue People – Respect, Recognize & RewardThink Customer.
