Food Service Attendant

What you’ll do: Take cash as required and follow all cash procedures.Daily preparation of food, dessert and beverages as directed.Ensure catering orders are prepared and ready at designated times.Assist with serving meals as required (hot case, Maintain and replenish an ample supply of goods for resale (., confections).Daily cleaning of equipment and work areas as directed (including operating dishwasher).Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and food safety.Other duties as required.Who you’ll work with:You will work closely with other Food Service Attendants, a Cook and will report into the Bistro Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and community.Why it matters:We help feed Western Canada by providing fresh groceries and wholesale solutions to independent retail stores, restaurants and other food establishments in communities large and small.Who you are:You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:Have a minimum six months of cafeteria/food service experience.Have a high school education (or equivalent).
