Le spécialiste des applications cliniques sera responsable de la formation et du soutien des nouveaux clients ainsi que des clients existants concernant le portefeuille de produits de l’entreprise. Il veillera à garantir des applications cliniques de haute qualité tout en assurant la satisfaction des clients. Les principales responsabilités de ce poste incluent la gestion des sites avant et après l’installation, le dépannage, l’éducation des utilisateurs, le soutien lors des salons professionnels et le maintien de relations solides avec les clients. Ce rôle requiert une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, ainsi qu’une résidence dans la région du Grand Toronto (GTA) ou à Montréal.Responsabilités : Assurer la formation des clients sur les produits de l'entreprise et leur fournir un soutien sur le terrain. Répondre aux demandes des clients en offrant une assistance au dépannage et des solutions adaptées. Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, en mettant l’accent sur les applications cliniques et les interventions. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de vente, de marketing et de service sur le terrain pour promouvoir et renforcer l'image de la marque. Représenter l’entreprise lors de conférences, d’expositions et d’événements professionnels. Qualifications : DEC en technique de radiodiagnostic ou diplôme équivalent de la radiation médicale ou domaine connexe. Licence régionale valide (exemple : OTIMROEPMQ). Certification CAMRT en imagerie mammaire (CBIS). Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral. Excellentes compétences en communication, analyse et résolution de problèmes. Bonne maîtrise des outils de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, sous supervision directe, et tout en collaborant efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe. Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en mammographie ou 2 à 3 ans en tant que spécialiste des applications cliniques. DÉTAILS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES : Étant donné que ce poste implique de nombreux déplacements pendant la journée de travail, les candidats doivent répondre aux exigences suivantes : Posséder un permis de conduire valide. Maintenir un dossier de conduite impeccable. Disposer d’un véhicule en bon état, prêt à être utilisé à des fins professionnelles. The Clinical Applications Specialist will be responsible for training and supporting new and existing clients regarding the company's product portfolio. They will ensure high-quality clinical applications while maintaining customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities for this role include managing sites before and after installation, troubleshooting, user education, support during trade shows, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires fluency in both French and English, as well as residence in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or Montreal. Responsibilities: Provide client training on the company's products and offer on-site support. Respond to customer inquiries by providing troubleshooting assistance and tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on clinical applications and interventions. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and field service teams to promote and reinforce the company's brand image. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional events. Qualifications: DEC in Radiodiagnostic Technology or an equivalent degree in medical radiation or a related field. Valid regional license (e.g., OTIMROEPMQ). CAMRT certification in breast imaging (CBIS). Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work independently, under direct supervision, and collaboratively with team members. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in mammography or 2 to 3 years as a clinical applications specialist. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Given that this position involves extensive travel during work hours, candidates must meet the following requirements: Possess a valid driver’s license. Maintain a clean driving record. Have a vehicle in good condition, ready for professional use.
