Job Description The Regina Area is seeking a Pediatrician with Developmental Pediatrics fellowship training to join its Department of Pediatrics in Regina, Saskatchewan. The specialist would join a Pediatric Clinical Immunologist and Allergist, Pediatricians, a Pediatric Nephrologist, Neonatologists and Pediatric Oncologists. Pediatricians within the department provide a range of clinical services including community clinics, pediatric outpatient ambulatory services, Wascana Children’s Program for children with developmental needs, normal newborn care, a 26 bed NICU and a 28 bed inpatient pediatric teaching unit and high acuity area. Children requiring PICU care are transferred to a provincial PICU in Saskatoon following stabilization. Job Qualifications Successful candidates will hold certification from the . This individual should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family centered care.
