Hiring Immediately Later dates available as well. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to have fun while they work. Truck Team Member / Customer Service / Labour - 1-800-Got-Junk? Location: Calgary - SE. Compensation: $16/hr base + tips + daily profit share (avg of $22- $24/hr all in) Availability: Part-Time or Full-Time (employees choice) We operate Mon-Sun starting at 7:00am. For Full-Time, we offer a compressed workweek (4 days on, 3 days off)   We offer fun, variety, physical activity and exercise, opportunities to learn and grow and participate in marketing activities - most importantly the opportunity to put smiles on the faces of our customers. You are: A customer service connoisseur. A fan of getting paid to workout.  Goal oriented and driven, love winning daily and monthly competitions.  A problem solver and extremely organized. A team player and able to work under minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude. Truck Operations: Safe operation of the "Junk Driving Machine". Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (i.e. couches, chairs, appliances, yard, electronics, and garage junk) Marketing: Engage in guerrilla marketing activities to increase revenue and put more money in your pocket. Sales: Convert estimates into transactions. Requirements: Have customer service and/or sales experience. Have a valid Class 5 driver's license  4+ years of driving experience, and a reasonably clean driving record because it's more fun to arrive in one piece... Be able to work full days, weekends, and some holidays - 10 hour days, a compressed workweek means you get 3 days off a week. Interested? Apply today.
