The Role The Inside Sales Coordinator is a key member of the British Columbia Sales team, acting as the central link between sales, marketing, distribution partners, and our customers. Based out of our Vancouver office, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and wants to play an essential role in our growth across the province. This role is full-time in-office (5 days/week) and includes 2–3 days per week of offsite merchandising support. Ensure product orders and support materials are managed accurately and efficiently. Take incoming customer calls, process orders, and provide solutions with professionalism and urgency. Promote, upsell, and identify new opportunities to grow revenue. Handle and resolve customer concerns with a solutions-first mindset. Participate, trade support initiatives, and marketing programs. Track orders, deliveries, and inventory releases with precision. Generate reports and insights to support sales performance. Manage and grow assigned accounts within our CRM database. Meet and exceed KPI expectations. DTC, Allocation & Digital Support Manage provincial allocation toll across all selling channels to optimize product flow and availability. Update monthly website landing pages and support DTC email blasts. Create monthly wine offers and support mailout initiatives. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to follow up on delinquent accounts. Additional Sales Responsibilities (Recruitment-Focused) Drive growth for Mark Anthony Wine & Spirits by increasing market share and elevating our presence in BCLS, LRS, and licensee accounts. Execute with excellence across all channels—ensuring optimal distribution, product placement, promotions, and merchandising standards. Build strong, value-based relationships with customers and suppliers through trust and consultative selling. Maintain a strategic sales call cycle to maximize territory coverage and productivity. Use industry insights and data to craft compelling, ROI-driven sales pitches. Stay ahead of trends with deep knowledge of our products, competitors, and local market dynamics. Represent our brands at trade events, supplier visits, marketing activations, and consumer experiences. Provide timely insights and feedback to help guide sales strategy and supplier alignment. Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM, ensuring all activity, objectives, and distribution metrics are recorded. Participate in trade and marketing events, including evenings and weekends when required. Who You Are Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institution Wine & spirit passion is a strong asset WSET certification is a strong asset. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint in particular). Knowledge of CRM systems and disciplined usage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Ability to attend evening and weekend events as required. Team player Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Why Join Us?
