This is a Full Time-Permanent Position. We are also seeking applicants who understand that employees make key contributions to developing a pro-safe work environment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPick and pack orders timely; review work at end of day to ensure completion.Receive and count stock items and record data in computer.Sets the tone and expectations for daily activities using strong leadership skills and proper utilization of shift group leaders.Works closely with customer service to align resources to demand.Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.Meeting the highest in safety standards.
