You'll take pride in doing quality work that helps families and businesses get back on their feet.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CARPENTER As a Carpenter, you'll work alongside senior carpenters on rebuild projects that range from framing and drywall to painting, flooring, and finishing work. You'll help prepare and clean job sites, handle materials, and operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. You'll stay organized, communicate with your supervisor, and always keep safety and our clients satisfaction and safety front of mind. Every day is a chance to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that make a visible difference to our customers.QualificationsMinimum 1-3 years of experience in residential construction as a carpenterBasic knowledge of carpentry, drywalling and building maintenance, and job site safety practicesProficient in using mobile devices and basic computer applications, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to safely operate hand and power tools and follow instructions accuratelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipReliable, hardworking, and eager to learn from experienced professionalsValid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract depending Must be able to work overtime and participate in rotating on-call schedule   (Some weekends)Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gearWho We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
