A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CARPENTER

As a Carpenter, you'll work alongside senior carpenters on rebuild projects that range from framing and drywall to painting, flooring, and finishing work. You'll help prepare and clean job sites, handle materials, and operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

You'll stay organized, communicate with your supervisor, and always keep safety and our clients satisfaction and safety front of mind. Every day is a chance to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that make a visible difference to our customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in residential construction as a carpenter
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, drywalling and building maintenance, and job site safety practices
  • Proficient in using mobile devices and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools and follow instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn from experienced professionals
  • Valid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract depending
  • Must be able to work overtime and participate in rotating on-call schedule (Some weekends)
  • Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
