Assigned projects will be of an advanced nature and will involve solving difficult technical problems.Perform innovation and/or suggest ways to improve our systems and/or reduce costCarries out complex and difficult engineering assignments requiring specialized engineering knowledge. Requires application of advanced engineering knowledge. Assigned projects and problems make it often necessary to modify established methods and devise new approaches. Is relied upon to complete difficult projects in a timely manner. A major technical contributor or lead to the completion of project goals and objectives. Contributes to the definition of departmental best practices and design approaches. Work is assigned in terms of specific objectives and goals with defined boundaries.
