Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will mentor a junior Product Manager, providing guidance and fostering their development within the team. Key deliverables will include: Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, detailing feature releases, enhancements, and long-term product vision. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features based on their impact, value, and feasibility, balancing short-term needs with the long-term product strategy. Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with organizational standards. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and collaborate with junior Product Managers, providing guidance on best practices and helping them grow in their roles. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team development and knowledge sharing.
