Very lucrative additional benefitsPension Plan.Paid professional development opportunities.Paid time off and wellness programs.Overtime available and is paid after 40 hours.What You’ll Do:Install, assemble, and align mechanical components, machinery, and equipment.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.Collaborate with production, and engineering teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Document maintenance activities and generate reports as required.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.Comply with all regulatory requirements, including workplace safety and environmental policies.What We’re Looking For:Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) in Ontario.Will consider at 3rd or 4th year Millwright Apprentice with hours as well. Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive or heavy manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and gear systems.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.Experience with welding, machining, and fabricating components is an asset.Knowledge of predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis and thermography.Basic understanding of electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work 2 shifts and overtime if needed.
