Job DescriptionPOSITION OVERVIEWTechnical Sales Representatives will be responsible for the sales and marketing of our full line of epoxy and polyurethane flooring systems for the Flooring Target Market. The employee should represent the best interests of Sika when dealing with consulting engineers, distributors and contractors. RESPONSIBILITIES Market our full line of products in the BU to the engineering communities for the purpose of developing specifications, to contractors, as well as distributors.Provide on-site technical support on projects for our line of productsPerform sales activities in a designated territory to increase market share and drive top line sales performance.Recommend sales forecast, discount targets and budgeted expendituresIdentify and follow-up on new market opportunities.
