Project Coordinator

To help us reach the next level, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.This role supports the successful onboarding of new customers and expansion projects for existing customers. You will support implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and risks, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the process. Working closely with the Head of Implementation & RevOps, you will contribute to scaling implementation processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the continued growth of the business.WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport end-to-end implementation delivery for assigned customers, from kickoff through go-liveDevelop and manage implementation schedules, resourcing plans, and risk mitigation strategiesCoordinate internal teams (Implementation, Integration, Engineering, GTM, etc) and external stakeholdersAct as the primary point of escalation for implementation issues and customer concernsReport on key implementation metrics and provide insights on trends, risks, and capacityConfigure and validate customer platform set-up to ensure readiness and quality standardsIdentify, document, and drive implementation process improvements across the teamEnsure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with a high degree of quality and customer satisfactionSupport continuous improvement of onboarding and expansion playbooksQUALIFICATIONSProven experience leading SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholdersStrong ability to manage priorities, risks, and tradeoffs in fast-paced environmentsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with field operations, engineers, and executive stakeholdersExperience driving process improvements or operational change considered a strong assetExperience in oil and gas or industrial environments considered an assetFamiliarity with scheduling and project management software;Familiarity with Hubspot would be considered an asset;Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make judgment callsWHAT SETS YOU APART● The gratification of a job well done comes from the satisfaction of your ‘customers’ ● It’s in your nature to be efficient and do it really well, while you always deliver on what you promise● Your strengths come from collaborating with others ● Continuous learning and improvement are part of your mantra ● You are curious, creative, biased for action, and love solving problems ● You don’t assume that you are the best and have the humility to learn from others WHAT SETS US APART Ambyint is a scale-up company, possessing all the exciting edginess of a start-up with solutions that are proven and advancing daily.
