The Securities & Operations Technology Impact Support team liaises with internal and third-party technology teams and business stakeholders managing the availability and functionality of the North American Fixed Income processing and settlement platform for the Bank. The Role:The Business Analysis Specialist role works both independently and in a project team setting to conceptualize, define, document, develop, test, implement and maintain the Broadridge Impact platform, other vendor, and other internal processing systems and interfaces. The incumbent works closely with service providers and internal business, technology and operations stakeholders to assist in managing the implementation of important business and regulatory enhancements, platform upgrades, necessary maintenance releases, day to day (BAU) queries and production disruption incidents. Through the execution of the role’s duties, the incumbent ensures a high level of customer service consistent with SOT Service Standards, Scotia Service Standards and Complaint Resolution Procedures.
