Together, we are EXP. Are you ready to design your future?Be our next Intermediate Certified Engineering TechnologistYour work environment at EXPWe are currently seeking a with experience in land development and municipal Infrastructure projects that include site grading, site servicing, stormwater management design and construction reviewWhat a day at EXP has in store for youPrepare preliminary and detailed CAD drawings associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projectsCoordinate project drawings with project managers, CAD staff and othersEnsure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective mannerWork under the direction of Senior Staff and mentor junior CAD staff working within the divisionWill have to alternate between two sitesWhat your experience looks likeCertified Engineering Technologist ( with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting engineering office environment in OntarioProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a mandatory requirement, along with strong computer software skills in Word, Excel & MS ProjectFamiliarity with various Municipal & Regional design and drafting standardsExperience in preliminary and detailed design drawing preparation associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projectsIndependent, Organized and Motivated Team player with excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced turnaround environmentReliable way to get to multiple site locations in remote areas. The salary range for this role is $60K-80K Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
