Job Title: Senior Digital Business Analyst (Pega, AML & Regulatory Data) Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 6 months Introduction Join our dynamic team where you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. As a Senior Digital Business Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in regulatory and AML data to drive strategic initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in business analysis. Proficiency in Requirements Gathering and Documentation. Expertise in Data Analysis, Data Lineage, and Data Quality. Strong knowledge of source-to-target mapping for regulatory and AML use cases. Experience with both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in using SharePoint for document collaboration and workflow automation. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and consensus-building. Experience with JIRA and Confluence. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with Traceability Matrix and Risk Impact Analysis. Ability to translate business needs into system requirements using BRDs, SRS, FSDs. Experience collaborating with SMEs to document information in relatable terms. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead high-risk, cross-functional, strategic initiatives. Facilitate sign-off on deliverables for strategic and compliance-driven projects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across financial regulatory and AML initiatives.
