Epic Healthcare - Now Hiring: Executive Director/Administrator - Assisted Living Facility   Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director/Administrator to lead our dedicated team and oversee the overall operations of our assisted living facility. The Executive Director will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, fostering a positive community, and ensuring regulatory compliance.     Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of compassionate professionals, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment. Oversee the daily operations, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Maintain a strong presence within the facility, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and facility growth. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive continuous quality improvement and maintain high standards of care.   Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration, preferably in assisted living or long-term care. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and licensing requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial operations, and resource allocation.
