Help shape the future you want to see — and discover that better can take you anywhere you want to go. The Manager, Education, Onboarding & Certification leads the strategy, design, and governance of learning programs that equip Manulife Bank’s sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional client outcomes.Accountable for the full learning lifecycle - from onboarding to ongoing professional development and certification - the Manager ensures all training initiatives are aligned with regulatory requirements, business priorities, and advisor-experience goals.This role integrates adult-learning theory with operational practicality, creating curricula that drive performance and compliance simultaneously. The incumbent oversees instructional design, training delivery, certification management, and measurement of learning impact through data and analytics.Working collaboratively with Field Enablement, Content, and Change Managers, they ensure learning programs are seamlessly embedded into broader enablement and transformation initiatives.
