In this position, your leadership skills will take center stage as you mentor and develop a dynamic team, ensuring the efficient handling, restoration, and financial success of clients' contents.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CONTENTS OPERATIONS MANAGERAs the Contents Operations Manager, your day will revolve around leading and supporting a dedicated team through every stage of content handling and restoration. From overseeing content pack-outs, storage, and cleaning processes to ensuring everything is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, you'll drive operational efficiency. You'll spend your time developing team members, providing guidance, and solving problems to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment. In addition, you'll collaborate with Project Managers to align team efforts with overall project goals, track financial targets, and ensure that clients' contents are treated with care and returned to their original condition. Whether you're navigating complex logistics, managing day-to-day operations, or monitoring budgets, your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining smooth, efficient operations that exceed client expectations.QUALIFICATIONSExperience in the restoration or emergency services industry is an asset, but not requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsExperience in team management and employee development (including handling HR-related tasks)Proficiency in technology and report writing, with the ability to utilize relevant software effectivelyAbility to remain calm and effective under pressureWillingness to work on-call for after-hours emergency situations as neededClean criminal record and valid driver's licenseWho We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
