The impact you will have: The Coordinator, Community Engagement plays a key role in supporting the volunteer life cycle and strengthening connections within the MS Canada community. This role focuses on building and sustaining meaningful volunteer relationships, ensuring a positive experience from recruitment through recognition, and creating opportunities for volunteers to actively contribute to the mission of MS Canada. Key Areas of Impact: Deliver a positive volunteer experience throughout the volunteer life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, stewardship, and recognition, within their region and beyond as required. Strengthen engagement by identifying volunteers with leadership potential and connecting them to opportunities across the organization. Support local and national community engagement activities, such as community hubs and both in-person and virtual events. Collaborate with colleagues within and across -portfolios to identify volunteer needs and contribute to the development and implementation of volunteer strategies that deepen and broaden engagement and collective action.
