I feel welcome and at home.” Pay RangeGrounded in our commitment to Client and Family Centred Care the key foci on the RPN / RN roles are to provide and coordinate home health nursing services to diverse group of individuals, families and groups according to the College of Nurses of Ontario Practice Standards, the policies and procedures of VHA, the program where they provide services, and the Standards of Practice in Community Health Nursing.We are Seeking: full-time Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) for our Child and Family program. This program assists clients who range from newborn to 25 years and require specialized care and nursing services at home or in a school environment. We are looking in the Scarborough regions of the Greater Toronto Area.
