The L.A.M.P experience will be based within the Rooms division with a focus in Laundry as well as Housekeeping. The program will assist in developing skills for a successful management career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Over a period of 12 to 18 months, you will work and learn in various departments throughout the Four Seasons Lana'i and also participate in management training/courses.
