You will work hands on across the stack, delivering reliable, performant features while contributing to technical discussions, code quality, and engineering best practices.You will partner closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to turn ideas into production ready solutions. You will also help ensure systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable as the team and platform grow.Your Role Accountabilities...Design, build, and maintain production ready software systems and user facing featuresWork primarily in modern JavaScript, maintaining and developing components and servicesCollaborate closely with designers to implement interfaces that are functional, accessible, and visually polishedOptimize code for performance, scalability, and reliabilityDevelop and maintain server side logic and APIs for client server communicationIntegrate front end elements with back end systems seamlesslyParticipate in code and architecture reviews and champion engineering best practicesFollow a progressive development approach from proof of concept through production releaseIntegrate third party libraries and services responsibly and securelyIdentify and address security, performance, and quality risks earlyWork within Agile development practices on a distributed teamCommunicate clearly within the team and across teams to drive alignment and deliveryOur tech stackOur teams primarily use JavaScript and TypeScript across modern web architectures, supported by Node, Python, and AWS.
