As an Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll join a supportive and collaborative team that plays a key role in keeping business operations secure and efficient. ROLE SUMMARY Supports Early Talent recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate management, event coordination, and pipeline development across Canada. Works closely with Program Managers, University Relations, and recruitment partners to execute consistent campus attraction strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-cycle campus recruitment pipelines Organize and support campus events, presentations, and conferences Maintain candidate tracking and data in ATS Support screening, interviewing, and referrals Coordinate social media and branding deliverables MUST HAVE 3+ years in talent attraction Strong HR knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems Ability to promote opportunities effectively within TD NICE TO HAVE HR designation Experience in campus recruitment Financial industry experience Workday exposure Sound Like You?
