JOB DESCRIPTIONSuccessful candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years of commercial HVAC experience servicing, repairing and installing commercial heating, ventilation & air conditioning; heat pumps; refrigeration systems.The position includes assisting and supervising service technician(s), project estimating and sales, customer relations, and hands-on service work as well including preventive maintenance service, emergency service, repairs and installations. Hourly wage based on skill level and experience. Some overtime should be expected based on work load.Requirements: Universal CFC certification is HVAC Lic Pref10yrs of HVAC Service Management Experiance Must have led a HVAC Service team or Department Knowledge of HVAC electrical controls required.Excellent communication and Customer Relations skills.Leadership or Supervisory experience preferred.Backflow Testing certification a plus. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully. Some state-wide travel may be expected with some overnight stays but very infrequently. The ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, within a diverse team is very important.Must be able to read, write and understand technical specifications, manufacturer’s documentation, & engineering plans. Must be able to communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and all building trades.
